DPD will deliver your meals on a Monday between 8am-8pm. Find out how to track your parcel on our Delivery Page.

Meals start from £5.70 each. There is a minimum order of 5 meals. Delivery costs a minimum of £7.

Meal plan prices start from £28.50 and are dependant on how many meals per day you order, how many days and how many weeks. Whilst making your meal plan order there is a price calculator which will show you how much you will be charged (excluding delivery).

Am I tied in to a Subscription if I order a meal plan?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

No, not at all. Once your meal plan has finished you will need to order another meal plan to get more meals delivered.

Can I get my meals sent to a different address?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Yes you can. Simply choose the “Deliver to Different Address” button at checkout.

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Meals are delivered by DPD and you will be given a one-hour time slot for delivery. In order to make sure your meals arrive fresh they have to be delivered on the day specified and won’t be available for collection from their local depot if you do miss the delivery. If you think you may be out when your meals are due to be delivered, then you can specify a safe place for the DPD delivery driver to leave your package.  Your food will be sealed in temperature-controlled packaging to keep it cool all day.

Your meals will arrive in microwavable plastic containers, which are recyclable. The containers are leak-proof and designed for storing food. They will arrive in a refrigerated box with ice packs to keep your meals cool and fresh for up to 48 hours.

Do you cater for Allergies & Intolerances?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

All allergens are highlighted in BOLD on the individual meal pages. We also offer meals split by Dietary Type in the menu bar. If there is an allergen that is not listed or you have any concerns, just email us and we will let you know if we can adjust a meal to suit you.

How long will my meals last for?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Fresh meals will last between 3-5 days. Always check the label on each individual meal for the correct use-by date.

If you need to eat your meals past the use-by date then please freeze them immediately upon delivery. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to eat the meal please ensure that the meal is defrosted thoroughly before reheating. The meal will need to be consumed within 3 days of defrosting.

Do my meals come Fresh or Frozen?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Your meals will be sent out chilled. If you want to freeze some of your meals upon delivery that is absolutely fine. Please see our Storage & Reheating page for more information.

Can I order the same meals each week?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Yes, you can by going into your Account and finding the order you want to repeat. Select “Repeat Order” and providing the menu has not changed you will be able to order the same meals again. If the menu has changed and you ordered something that is now not available, it will show as missing and you will need to select a different meal from the new menu.

How do I change my meals if I want to order for more than 1 week?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Once you have paid for any meal plan for more than 1 week, you will be sent a unique voucher code to use for the remaining weeks of your plan. This code will zero your basket as you have already paid. You can then use this code to order your new meals each week until the plan has ended. We just ask that you order before the deadline of 8 pm on a Thursday to get the meals for the following week.

When you place your order there will be an option to place your promotional code at checkout.

What if I have a complaint?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Please email kitchen@chilledmeals.co.uk with your complaint and we will contact you within 48 hours to try to resolve any issues.

Can I amend my order after I have paid?2020-01-03T15:18:31+00:00

Please email kitchen@chilledmeals.co.uk with the order number and providing the order hasn’t been processed we should be able to help.

All orders must be completed before 8 pm (20:00) each Thursday to ensure delivery for the following week.

There is a minimum order of 5 meals.

For our Meal Plans, you can select 1-6 meals a day for 5, 6 or 7 days over 1, 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

You can order an Everyday Meal Plan, a Fitness Meal Plan or Individual Meals based on Dietary Preference. You also have the option to Build Your Own Meal or enter your exact cooked weights in our Macro Specific Order Tool.
